As is clearly stated in the paragraph which Sean pasted below, this
isn't kosher. Developer hardware discounts aren't transferrable except
to your employees and contractors.
Any ADC Materials, including seed keys, seed CDs, technical support
incidents, hardware discounts, and pre-release software provided to
you as
an ADC program member may be transferred only to your employees and
contractors who have an existing ADC membership.
Sean,
I suggest you look into the educational discounts that may be available
to you.
