Actually, you don't have to reassemble the parts at all.. Just make sure you have all the parts in the same directory, and then double-click on any of them. The finder will do the right thing.

More than likely Stuffit Expander will have hijacked the .bin filetype.

If you use Fetch to download the files, the .bin will be decoded on the fly, so you'll just end up with .dmgparts in the folder.
