Just a quick question: does anybody know where Apple

pictures/icons from Apple apps?

Hmmm... wouldn't presume to speak for Apple or their lawyers, but it seems clear that certain icons they expect developers to use, directly or indirectly, such as the standard toolbar icons. There are others they clearly don't want us to use (the iApps application icons, the Mac OS logo).

The one that you're referring to seems pretty innocuous, so my guess would be that they probably wouldn't take issue with it, but you might want to send them a question directly via DTS.
