I couldn't think of anything I'd do differently, except maybe try to
avoid the issue in the first place. Advance planning pays off with IB -
as you've found out, trying to retrofit something in later isn't always
so easy.
P.S. Is there a cocoa-sucks mailing list/forum that exists solely for
the purpose of bashing Cocoa? My first 48 hours with XCode, Interface
Builder, and Cocoa have been extremely frustrating
Well, to be blunt, what did you expect after only 48 hours? It takes
time and patience to become comfortable and proficient with any new
tool. Making mistakes and learning from them is part of the process.
