How do I build a Finder window like sidebar?

Hi,

I would like to build a Finder window like sidebar. The one with the gray separator
line between different groups of items (volumes and user objects). How do I
do this? Is this a plain NSTable? Is this a table with different row heights? Or
is this something else?
Any ideas?

Any help is appreciated,
Christoph
