I try to avoid "Yes" and "No" buttons. They require the user to read the entire message before knowing which button to push - even then it can be confusing. If pushing the button performs an action then it should be labeled so. Such as "Cancel" and "Unsubscribe".

(Sorry I'm not helping to get this thread back on topic)
