I'd try to avoid the word "cancel" in the alert text altogether. But
since I'm not a native englisch speaker I can't think of something
better at the moment. (I could tell you the german equivalent if that
helped - which it doesn't. :})

"Are you sure your want to cancel your subscription?" with answers "Yes"
"No". That seems pretty obvious...

Unfortunately "Yes" and "No" dialog buttons contradict the HIG pretty strongly.
Although there are cases where it seems like Yes and No are the best choices, Apple has been very clear that they are not to be used. You should use verbs.
