Ermm... HeaderDoc does work with .m files.

Really? I've been unable to get HeaderDoc to work with .m files or .c files.
Which version are you using and what have you been able to do with .m files?

Both Jaguar & Panther versions. So far as I know, HeaderDoc has always worked on .m and .c files. I've been putting documentation for code-users into the header files, and for code maintainers in the .c/.cpp/.m/.mm files. Works perfectly well for me.

I don't think it merges the documentation from the implementation and header files, though, if that's what you're expecting. In my case that's not desired behaviour, although I can see that it would be nice for some uses.
