Kevin, thanks to your telling me that I was on the right track, I persisted
on this some more and found that I had TWO files in my "Help" folder which
had the meta NAME="AppleTitle" tag. The clue was when I noticed this other
file's name in Help Viewer's Library menu. ARGHHHH!!! A few hours wasted
here and there, and soon life will be over!

Thanks for that. Doing the "Clean Package Contents" in CodeWarrior is
needed too. I'm going to make a late New Year's Resolution to look that up
in the CodeWarrior manual and learn what in the world that does.
