Have a look at the link, Sony has done it with its Fingerprint
biometric device application. I have tried to download the application
and run the installer (I have no device). After installation, the
system restart and the Sony's Authorization window appeared instead of
default authorization window.

Any ideas how this can be done?
Not a bad little app. I guess the best place to start would be by
determining what the installer actually installs - if it's a pkg you
can use Pacifist, if it's some kind of traditional installer then you
could try fs_usage, or even searching for files by
creation/modification date, etc.
Once you've got an idea of what it's installing, you can then look at
how to duplicate it's functionality. As always, there may be legal
&&/|| morale issues with this, which I [and I hope everyone else on
list] will leave to your discretion.
Of course, it may be worth trying to contact Sony and ask about their
software; it's a long shot, but they just might be inclined to help you
in some way. Failing that, I'm sure you'll receive quite some support
from others in the community wishing to do similar things - the topic
has come up before once or twice. You might also find it productive to
post to Apple's CDSA list - there's a lot of talk about using smart
cards for cryptographic purposes, which although doesn't sound up your
alley is in fact tied in to what you're trying to do. I haven't heard
anyone on that list post of any demonstrable success with such things,
but they've certainly demonstrated an interest.
