In my opinion it works fine for what it's supposed to be able to help
out with - ie. your code. It doesn't help you with the bundled
resources, like info.plists, nibs, et.c.

We use the Cross Development SDK for a large commercial application -
it's developed and compiled on 10.3, while 10.2 is our baseline OS
where we also have lots of customers. It works fine, and has helped us
catch a number of bugs.

As a general recommendation you of course need to test on all OS
versions that you support though...
