Does anyone know which book covers all the topics listed in the course
outline?
Ironically, Aaron Hillegass' (he, of course, runs his own training at
Big Nerd Ranch), but most of the others do too (see list at
<
http://www.alastairs-place.net/cocoa/faq.txt>). I'll readily admit
to bias, but I don't think a book is a substitute for a good training
course...
