I know what you're feeling right now, though - PB/Xcode really needs
to be better at this. There have been times when I wanted to rename a
project that was still relatively simple, and I just deleted the
project file, made a new one, and imported the source files...

Also, if the new name of the project contains spaces and the old one
did not, there may be places where you have to insert quotes around
arguments. Or is this bug fixed in Xcode?
