I have a DTS technical support incident or two that I'm not going to be
able to use by the time they expire on April 3rd ....
So if you are a student, independent, or small-business developer who
has a technical issue that they have not been able to get solved by
asking this community, drop me a line (off-list) and let me know.

can transfer the incident to
- You need to be an individual, a student, or a small business
developer.
- You need to tell me what problem you're trying to solve so I know
that it is not an easy question that can be answered by searching the
archives here
