target market, and estimating the possible reduction in market size
and the reduction in development costs. Some developers have found
that a substantial percentage of their market is running 10.3, and
some have found that development time has been substantially reduced
using bindings...
Yeah, we were debating whether to have 10.3 or 10.2 as a requirement. I
can see this application taking several months and being released
possibly mid summer, so maybe 10.3 isn't such a bad idea. It's just a
bummer that none of this cool new stuff is backwards compatible. It
really is.
