It might be possible to obtain permission, I think one major reason for
the usage restrictions is to prevent all E-mail addresses to be
harvested for spam
Speaking of spam, I made a new mail alias specifically for the Apple
mailing lists, and have received a dozen spam letters to it since
(which did not seem to be dictionary based). Although today, googling
for the address does yield 2 hits (someone quoting me), but these are
from long *after* receiving the first spam...
I guess I should have used a
http://www.sneakemail.com/ account and
changed it every month ;)
