Thanks for the replies. I was able to find the help I was looking for by
using cocoa.mamasam.

That has always been my experience as well -- searching the Apple list
archives is ONLY A LAST RESORT.

I left mamasam a nice donation and submitted a bug (enhancement) request to
Apple.

Apple could generate a HUGE amount of goodwill in the Cocoa development
community by subsidizing the list archives at mamasam. I, for one, would
rather have them leave out the trinkets from my WWDC bag and give the money
saved to Bertrand.



Or even better, Apple could add a DVD with tons of super-compressed apple developer list archives to your bag of trinkets. E-mail addresses on the DVD archives could be left out (or replaced with some form of unique ID's to aid searching) to prevent the DVD from being a spambot motherload.
