NSURLConnection with AirPort and LAN

Does anyone know of any issues involving NSURLConnection through wireless and/or LAN? I've had a couple of customers using my app with AirPort and/or LAN who've reported an inability to connect. I've googled this and searched the archives, but can't find any clues.
