Add, Remove, & Action Button Styles

Couldn't find this question in the archives, so I thought I'd ask it here.

Is there any way to create a button in the style of those found in the Apple font panel for add, remove and action? I've been seeing this button style in many cocoa applications, including Pixadex, Mail, Camino and others. I find it strange that all of these apps would have the same style of button if it isn't built into the AppKit framework. Is there some attribute for NSButton that I'm missing? Thanks.
