Java due to the bugs in Cocoa Java....
My original intent was to see if a JNIDirect interface could be written similar to what was in my understanding the pretty much defunct Java bridge.
Having that working the ideal goal would be a complete interface to the entire API. I doubt I'll get it that far by myself.
I've seen the article. Programmers have their bias's. Right now I love all languages because I'm job hunting.
One of the examples included in the article though is one I have not figured out myself. How to get a NSView to work to display a simple filled rectangle. Or have I figured out any nib stuff. Or have I figured out... On and on.
Like I said when I can I'll probably keep working on it at least from time to time. It should at least be fine for the occasional interesting code snippets that come across the lists. Or the for the exercise, skate boarding trick type small fun programs that I occasionally feel like trying.
Strange I hadn't heard about Elipse working on anything along the lines on the javadev list.
