There's also a "tour" in many cities across the US this November/December. Apple is basically providing 1 day "kitchens" which are made up of both sessions and a hands-on lab:

To provide more specifics on this, the DVD that is being mentioned here is a "Tiger Highlights" DVD and not the full set. I would imagine that the full set will be available for purchase soon. The only folks that get the full set free would be Premier developers and/or those that attended that WWDC.

Keep in mind that hardware discounts at the Select level are only available to _renewing_ members (at least that's been the current rules). So the first year of having Select, you don't get them. This particular year has been a very good year for renewing Select members as Apple offered a second hardware discount.
For me, Select has been very cost-effective; even for my small side-business at home. I look at my new-computer cycle which has been approx every three years. So, I'm spending $1500 US for that block of time for the subscription. But I've been typically saving at least $1000 on the new system. Plus you get at least two free OS updates (approx $260), the ADC mailing ($200) and DTS incidents (3 years would provide a total of 6 of them). So you can see that it easily balances all out and typically puts me a bit ahead. The seed access has also really been a huge benefit.
One benefit of Select that used to be there, but is now missing, is the $100 coupon towards Codewarrior. But alas, this doen't hurt me personally as I've moved entirely to Xcode.
In terms of previous DVD sets, you would probably need to contact either ADC (I believe email@hidden), or DTS (email@hidden). They should be able to point you in the right direction.
