Apple will never fully make this happen because for KVO to work
properly Apple would have to mess with the Java method dispatch model.

Does anyone have their hands on a Tiger Developer Preview? Or could
anyone from Apple speak up. Are any of the above features planned for
Tiger?
Apple has a policy of not commenting on unreleased products, and
people that have their hands on the Tiger seed can't talk to you about
it.
I was trying to save myself $500 to answer this question, as that is
what it would take to purchase the Tiger Early Start Kit from ADC. I
realize Apple doesn't talk about things they haven't announced, but
since they are selling Tiger Early Start Kits it is already public
knowledge. I realize in that case an NDA might be involved, but I have
no malicious intentions, I'm not trying to spread dirt on Tiger, and
for an extra $500 -- which I don't have -- I could get this question
answered.
So I figured someone could help out an Apple developer in need since
the information I'm fishing for currently has a price tag I can't
afford.
Cheers.
