Tiger is public knowledge, but the all details of the features and APIs
are not. You must sign and NDA to get the kit.
I'm not trying to spread dirt on Tiger, and for an extra $500 --
which I don't have -- I could get this question answered.
Part of the reason that there's an NDA at all is that things may change
between now and release, and first impressions make a big difference.
Any information that people would give you now could very well be
invalidated by the time Tiger ships.
All that said, there was a thread here previously about this very
topic. There are certain language features present in Objective-C that
do not exist in Java. I believe that Cocoa will continue take advantage
of those features, so you should take that into consideration.
