Okay, this is resulting in a big mess, one I did not intended. I apologize if people read my request as "violate your NDA by telling me Apple secrets".

As for it not being "public knowledge", I disagree on an aspect of that. Public in that I can easily find out if I have $500. Restricted in my telling others, but Apple is not being particular about who they sell their Early Start Kit too. It's not special seeds to special developers. All that prevents me currently from answering this question is $500, taking into account the information I need is even there.

I'm not expecting anyone to put themselves in legal difficulty addressing my questions. Perhaps I missed some fragment of tech note, developer doc, Steve talking at WWDC that would have answered any of my questions in any way. As for the Early Start Kit, if there is information in there NOT covered by NDA which could be of some use for me, I was also fishing for that.

From my post I'm at a major crossroads with my product, possibly moving from Java-Cocoa to Objective-C and the Java Bridge. If I need to fork up $500 to prove I intend to embrace Tiger to fetch a few pieces of development information, then so be it.

The "Tiger Early Start Kit" does not constitute "public knowledge."

I realize in that case an NDA might be involved, but I have no malicious intentions, I'm not trying to spread dirt on Tiger, and for an extra $500 -- which I don't have -- I could get this question answered.
So I figured someone could help out an Apple developer in need since the information I'm fishing for currently has a price tag I can't afford.

Malicious intent or not, the NDA still applies. Please do not ask others to break their NDA. Moreover, anyone with Tiger is reminded of their obligation to abide by their NDA.
