I was never able to do so with Project builder, but that was a long time
ago.  Instead I used CodeWarrior, you can see my example here:

I'm sure it can be done with XCode, as Apple must need to debug their
prefpanes.  IAC, this question does not belong on this list really, ask
on the XCode list.
