@mmalc: why do you use the past tense when talking about EOF? Did you refer to the ObjectiveC days of EOF or have you "lost the faith"?


Oh, heavens, I didn't realise I was making tea-leaves! :-)

I refer to EOF in the past tense simply to acknowledge the evolution of a technology, and perhaps a developer. Core Data clearly builds on EOF, but moves it in a different direction to address a different problem and different market. So from the perspective of a Core Data developer who "had" experience with EOF, you might do "blah" in Core Data when you "used to do" "bleh" in EOF...
