With the Java Bridge, there are classes corresponding to the core
foundation classes. For example NSDictionary.
When you call a native method, the an NSDictionary object is passed
as an opaque reference. You can use jni functions to get at its
contents.
So if you want to pass the contents of the object to a function that
expects an NSDictionary in Objective-C, you need to copy its contents
into a new NSDictionary.
Is there an easier way. Is there a function that takes the opaque
object and efficiently converts it into an object that can be used
directly by other Cocoa functions?
