I don't think you can reload the bundle then. As Glenn already mentioned, it's currently impossible to (safely) unload an ObjC bundle, and I think it's safe to assume the same applies to ObjC++... If you move the ObjC code elsewhere, though, then you may be able to unload & reload the bundle.
