So out of 5 trials, 2 came out as expected, and the three that didn't work were explicitly examples taken from Apple's documentation.

dateWithNaturalLanguageString: just ignores the words it doesn't understand, so "day after tomorrow" is "blah blah tomorrow" is "tomorrow" to NSDate.

Very, very confusing when you don't realize what's going on.
