Universal Binaries problems

Hi all,
I'm trying to build my app for PowerPC and Intel, and I don't think I have any architecture-specific code, but when I try to build it, it comes up with 21 cryptic warnings like these:

warning fat file: /usr/lib/gcc/i686-apple-darwin8/4.0.1/../../../ libSystem/dylib does not contain an architecture that matches the specified -arch flag: i386 (file ignored)

warning /System/Library/Frameworks/AppKit.framework/Versions/C/AppKit cputype (18, architecture ppc) does not match cputype (7) for specified -arch flag: i386 (file not loaded)

Does anyone know why I'm getting these?

Thanks.
