Open application when Options button is clicked

I have a screen saver with no configuration sheet setup, but I do have
a seperate app that configures the screen saver. One convenience I
would like to add is when the user clicks the option button, it opens
up my standalone configuration application. The question is, how do I
do something like this?

Any help is apppreciated.

Thanks....
