hi people,

i'm using the cocoa foundation tool (the commandline
tool since i'm not using any user interfaces as such
except dispalying this icon)to make an application
that would display an icon in the status/menubar using
NSStatus.

However the icon is not being displayed.

Any clue as to why this is happening and what can be
done.
could the problem be that i'm making it as a
founadtion application and i should have made a cocoa
application with a dummy user interface with interface
builder.

pls suggest.
thanx
