Document Loaded From File

  • Subject: Document Loaded From File

I am writing a document based application which uses bindings with three tables and then saves the three tables in the document using an object which is archived with NSCoding. I have buttons to add data to the tables which work just fine on a new document, but when I load a document from a file the buttons no longer add rows to the tables. I believe a previous version before I added the second two tables and the object to save them all in one document would let me edit a table loaded from a file, so presumably I did something wrong with the way I read and write the file now.

Can anyone suggest where I should start looking to find my bug? Why would archiving and unarchiving the object affect my ability to edit it?
