NSController: Connections vs Bindings

  • Subject: NSController: Connections vs Bindings

Some examples connect a controller to its content with a connection; others use bindings. Do these amount to the same thing? If not, how do I know which is appropriate when?

I'm sorry to be asking so many basic questions, but I have been struggling for a month to write an application involving multiple table views and I really need to get it working so that I can get on with my real work. I have read everything I can find and am still struggling to figure out what I need to do.
