Agreed - selective viewing / formatting, etc. is a job for doc
browsers like AppKiDo, DocoaBrowser, etc. Just keep the internal file
format consistent (HTML / XHTML, etc.). This allows the actual
documentation to be hosted anywhere (including the local machine)
with whatever viewer/browser the user wants, be it a web browser or a
documentation browser.

Also, the idea of there being an online database application
that you viewed the doc through is pretty unlikely. That precludes
