On first sync, i want to be able to add the record from the device to the computer and the record from the computer to the device.

If i sync the emails, and phone number of the contacts. Does it mean I first need to import the phone numbers on their own if they do not already exists, then i need to import the contacts with the record ID of those phone numbers?

more specifically i have problem with the relationships: addresses, emails, phone numbers from the contact entity.
Since the device cannot keep track of the changes, i have to do a slow sync every time, and i cannot keep track of the record ids on the device
I did not find any straight forward example on apple web site.

The solution I have taken for pulling records is to store a local copy of all these relationships when being pulled. So, I can flatten the record when I pull a Contact.

I just found out that there is a method -snapshotOfRecordsInTruth which might serve the same purpose without creating a local copy. Can anyone confirm that?
