I don't think that's possible right now.

I notice that the Contacts.schema contains both a <ConflictResolverClass> and <ConflictUIHelperClass> elements. I am wondering if perhaps by specifying these attributes you can in effect implement an automatic resolution scheme?

Those are private, undocumented keys.
