Is it possible you're got your build style set for Development instead of Deployment?

I'm developing on Tiger with the 10.3.9 SDK and using CURHandle framework, and the base Cocoa Frameworks. All the app does it bounce in the dock and exit. I'm pretty sure it has to do with the way I'm bundling the framework and the icons/images in Resources. Any guides or advice would be welcomed. Thanks!
