Hi All,
I don't succeed in getting a default button (i.e., an NSButton
instance whose the key equivalent has been set in IB with the '\R' —
or Return — value) pulsing when located in a drawer; it's not even
displayed in blue… Is it normal behaviour (maybe due to the drawer)?
Or have I something to add in my code to get this result?
Note: I've re-read the corresponding sections in the Apple HIG
document w/o finding any relevant info :( ! (Abstract: "A drawer can
contain any control that is appropriate to its intended use.") I also
didn't manage to find something in the "cocoa-dev" archives.
To help you help me :) I've built a simple project to showcase the problem:
[Cocoa-ObjC] http://blanc.free.fr/pub/temp/DefaultButtonInDrawerObjC.zip
[Cocoa-Java] http://blanc.free.fr/pub/temp/DefaultButtonInDrawerJava.zip
In IB, my sole text field has a key equiv. set; but the button is
neither blue, nor pulsing. Moving it from the drawer to the main
window obviously restores those behaviours…
Thx in advance for any help on this new minor issue I'm experiencing,
