NSSegmentedControl discrepancies between 10.3 and 10.4

Big showstopper bug in my program, I just got a screenshot back from
one of my beta testers and it appears that the segmented control in
10.4 doesn't take into account wether it is in a textured window or
not...

I create the NSSegmentedControl by draging a custom view to the
window, opening the classes tab, adding a subclass of name
"NSSegmentedControl".

Any help would be greatly appreciated :) . -- DanSaul
