Couldn't you bind to filesOwner.document.groupWindowVisible ?

Thanks for the sugesstion - that solved the problem as stated. I am, however, seeing a strange problem when I do that. The window will vanish when the variable is cleared, but it does not return when the variable is set.


This has stumped a DTS guy as well as every developer I have collared.
