Is there an Open Source SIP Client that runs under Cocoa?

Or is there a SIP Framework someone is working on?
I've been asked to research this...


And for the actual connection phase,  I'm told that Apple
Supports RTP...  but haven't found much docs on it.  Can
someone point out where I might find info on this?
