how can I find the documentation?
ManOpen tells me that there is no man page.
AppKiDo does an excellent job for Foundation, AppKit etc. But of
course nothing here.
What can I do now?
Download xnu 795.x.x and read the source? Ok, this is not THE solution
but it can help.
First: how do I know, given some function, what source I have to
download from where?
And even if I would be able to download several gigabytes of code there
still remains the question: how to find a specific function in this
mass of data?
There is this truly wonderful Spotlight. But it appears that it tries
not to confuse the ordinary user by not looking into /Developer or
hidden things like /usr.
I succeeded in persuading Finder to show me all files (using some
hidden preference) - is there another hidden preference to make
Spotlight seach invisible folders?
Kind regards,
Gerriet.
