Personally, I think that Hillegass (2nd edition) and Apple's own online docs
are all you need. I will repeat once again my formula for how long to expect
things to take:

1 day to learn Objective-C
1 week to work through Hillegass
1 month to write your first app on your own
1 year to stop feeling like a complete newbie
