Then ask such questions. :-)
Saying "to be used when a fully-fledged OO model isn't required"
gives no definitive scale of complexity, object counts, etc. to be
able to answer the type of question you imply you want answered.
Often such statements will lead off into a discussion of the meaning
of those words rather then exploring what a technology is and is not
good for (hence my comment about it being pedantic).
Basically avoid using concepts/terminology that are generally gray /
subjective in meaning as much as possible.
