NSBox Title, NSSwitchButton and NSRadioButton text colour

Hi folks,

Apologies if this is a noddy question but how do I programatically (or in Interface Builder) change the colour of the following text:

 - an NSBox Title

 - an NSSwitchButton label

 - an NSRadioButton label

I've looked around and can't find this but I'm sure it has a simple answer!
