Exactly! And thereby eliminating silly user errors! :-) Another source of annoying and potential bug reports has been gracefully eliminated. ;-)


However from a Unix hacker point of view: bad, bad, bad!


If you're comfortable enough to use vi to hack a preference list, you should be comfortable enough to use plutil.
