| The right hand button in the window's titlebar is a standard Mac OS X window feature handled by the NSToolbar API. You cannot (to my knowledge) access this control programmatically outside of its standard behavior, which is toggling the visibility of the toolbar.

Easier to show than to tell.
Look at the image of the mail browser. Look at the right-hand corner of the title bar of the window
For another,
Scroll down to the section on Java.
It looks clear in these images, but it glows green when you hover over it.
