Do note that this button does not turn green when hovered over in
Mail in Tiger. At least on my 10.4.1 machine.
I suspect your phrasing as 'reveal drawer' rather than 'reveal
toolbar' may have thrown people off. In any event, appears to do
exactly the same thing as the Show|Hide Toolbar item in the View
menu, so I suspect it is just a plain old NSButton with the image of
a green button, and a fairly simple action method hooked up both to
the button and the menu item.
