What NSLayoutManager

  • Subject: What NSLayoutManager
  • From: John Nairn <email@hidden>

I wanted to get line height of a font and read that defaultLineHeightForFont in NSFont has been deprecated in 10.4 and one should now use the NSLayoutManager method.

I am trying to find the height of the font used in an NSTextField, but the field is not yet part of a view or window. I could not find any NSLayoutManager to use?
